Two Month Tools & Tapping Package
In the package there are four total appointments. 30 minutes each via video conference, two appointments a month, for 2 months. You’ll be guided through tapping & tools that can release:
- Fear, Anger and Worry
- Unpack overwhelming feelings
- Saying yes when you'd rather say no
When using tools, it can release what’s bugging you, lower stress and increase confidence and joy. These can help you walk through life change easier and bring more joy into your life.
