There are many ways to tap. The chart to the right is Energy EFT by Silvia Hartmann and below this chart are non-face points to use. Positive statements are said and measuring is done with a Sue scale that goes from -10 to +10. It begins and ends with hands over heart/chest.
We are going to tap on joy energy. What is your number on the sue scale for joy today? Place hands over chest like chart to right take three deep breaths then say: I want more joy energy Tap gently on each point starting on Top of the head and say: Joy Energy or use the non-face tapping points below. Then take a deep breath and move to the next point and do the same thing through each point on the chart to the right. After tapping on all the points return hands over heart/chest and take three deep breaths. Check your number. The goal is to get to +7 or more and it can take more than one round to do this. The more rounds you do the better you can feel. You can Tap on many other positive feelings and you can tap on more energy too. |
