Fitting in tapping during your day can be easy and there are many ways to do this. Below are some ideas and a few ways to easily tap.

Tapping can be done quietly:

- Riding as a passenger in a car, train or plane
- During meetings and more

Here’s a quick way to get in some daily tapping. Choose a feeling you have or have struggled with recently and plug it into the blanks below.
