Why joy

​For many years I’ve been on a joy journey to find mine. My glass was often leaking, empty and on good days half empty. When I look at my glass now a days, it is half full or more most days. I want to continue to share what I learned with others who want to find their joy. Three ideas for growing joy
 

• Release old grudges
• Dial down stress (tapping is great for this)
• Do something you’ve done before to connect with more joy
