We all have some stress in our life at some point. Below is a round of Tapping on stress and picture of the points:
Tap on the Karate chop point and say this three times: Even though I feel stressed I love and accept myself as I am Tap on these points and say the statement next to it Top of the head -This stress Eye brow – I choose to dial it down Side of eye –This stress Under eye – I’m letting it go Under nose –This stress On the chin – Is leaving my body Collar bone – I’m choosing to let it go Under the arm –I am letting it go and feel relaxed Take a couple of deep breaths, drink some water.
