Doing a bit of movement (make bed, put things away, stretch...) in the morning could make a difference on the scale.
When I weigh right when I get up in the morning then I move around for 30 minutes or more and weigh again my weight is often lower the second time. I think it gives my body time to release some retained water. Let me know if this makes a difference for you too. Comments are closed.
