Looking at your wants for this year and the free write from Wants For 2020 part 1. Create a vision of what your life will look like when these 2020 wants are in your life. How do you feel, where are you, what’s different than life today?
Spend some time there weekly and when something comes up to bring wants towards yourself, just do it. Example if peace or calm was one of your words and a thought pops into your head to do some deep breathing, act on it.
Mini actions and changes over time can add up and create bigger changes.
