Sometimes emotions can come up and we need to let them go like; resentment and distress. Here’s a quick tapping inspired by Silvia Hartman’s Energy EFT. See points at left marked by lotuses
Take three deep breaths and say I want to let go of this resentment
Start tapping on thumb point and say letting go of this resentment
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths.
