Tapping To Reduce Coronavirus Worry
It can feel tense hearing about the Coronavirus, here’s a script (below) for tapping to reduce Coronavirus worry.
Let's tap, love ourselves where we're at and take precautions
Tap gently on Karate chop point/side of hand and say out loud 3 times: Even though I feel worried about the Coronavirus, I love and accept myself as I am
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Tap gently on each round point 3 – 5 times while saying out loud the reminder phrases then take a deep breath and move to next round point:
Top of head- this Coronavirus worry
Inner eye brow – I don’t want to get sick
Side of eye- this Coronavirus worry
Under eye- What if I catch it
Under nose- this Coronavirus worry
Tap on Chin & say: can I dial this worry down
Tap on Collar bone point & say - this Coronavirus worry
Tap Under arm point & say: I want to dial this worry down
Take a few deep breaths in and out, continue, tapping round points gently saying the reminder phrases out loud:
Top of head- this Coronavirus concern
Inner eye brow – I can take precautions
Side of eye- this Coronavirus concern
Under eye- I can take precautions
Under nose- this Coronavirus concern
Tap on Chin & say: I can dial this concern down
Tap on Collar bone point & say – Concern is dialing down
Tap Under arm point & say: I am choosing to take precautions, tap and love myself in this moment
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Tap any time to dial down this concern. Way to go on tapping!
