Tapping tip is a short saying or mantra that can be made more powerful with tapping. Accepting ourselves can be difficult for some but it’s important for us to do. Tap on the karate chop point (see picture below) and say this phrase out loud three times:
I accept myself as I am, in this moment
Take a few long breaths in and out and drink some water.
Let's remember to be kind and accept ourselves in this moment each and every day.
