Gently tap 3-5 times on these spots while saying out loud: "This old thought " Top of head "This old thought " collar bone "This old thought " thumb "This old thought " index finger "This old thought " middle finger "This old thought " pinkie "This old thought " Take 2 deep breaths and check your number (rate it) on "This old thought " that was stopping you in your tracks.
