Here’s a quick tapping, inspired by Silvia Hartman’s Energy EFT. See points below marked by lotuses. What is your energy number, choose between: -10 to +10. Negative (-10) being the lowest you've felt and +10 being the most you've ever felt.
Take three deep breaths and say I want more vibrant energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say: more vibrant energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths and check your number you can take it up to +10 and beyond by repeating this and you can feel more energized
