Tap on round points gently saying this out loud:
Take a few deep breaths in and out and tap on round points gently and alternate saying these reminder phrases out loud:
I want to let it go
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Tap gently on each round point while saying out loud this reminder phrase:
I choose to let this stress go
Take two deep breaths in and out and check in on your stress level, if still feeling it repeat.
