Even though I feel _____ (overwhelmed or fill in the blank) and I over think things at times I choose to release the _____ (overwhelm or fill in the blank) and use my tools to get me through. If you want to do a round of Tapping look at chart and say reminder phrases below. Top of the head - Feeling overwhelmed Eye brow – I choose to let it go Side of eye – Feeling overwhelmed Under eye – I choose to let it go Under nose – Feeling overwhelmed On the chin –I choose to let it go Collar bone – And use my tools Under the arm –I am letting it go and using my tools Take a couple of deep breaths, drink some water.
