![]() Take a breath in and out, Tap on side of hand - Karate chop point Say this 2 times out loud: Even though I have negative thoughts coming up, I love and accept myself as I am Say this 1 time out loud: Even though I have negative thoughts coming up, I choose to let it flow out of my body and love & accept myself as I am Tap on each round point and say: These darn negative thoughts and take a breath and move to the next round point until you’ve tapped on all of them Alternate between phrases below while tapping on each round point. Remember to take a breath in and out before moving to the next point, tap on the top of the head and say out loud the first reminder phrase, take a breath, move to inner eye brow, tap on it and say second reminder phrase. Continue alternating phrases and tapping through all the round points: These darn negative thoughts Choosing to let them flow out of my body and positive thoughts are flowing in Take a few deep breathes.
