What is your energy number on Free To Be Me, choose between -7 to +7 & beyond

Take three deep breaths and say: I want more free to be me energy

Start tapping on thumb point and say: More free to be me energy

Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths and check your number repeat shoot for +7 or higher!
