Say this 2 times out loud: Even though I feel emotional turmoil, I love and accept myself as I am
Say this 1 time out loud: Even though I feel emotional turmoil, I choose to let it flow out of my body and love & accept myself as I am
Tap on each round point and say This emotional turmoil and take a breath and move to the next round point until you’ve tapped on all of them
Alternate between phrases below while tapping on each round point. Remember to take a breath in and out before moving to the next point, tap on the top of the head and say out loud the first reminder phrase, take a breath, move to inner eye brow, tap on it and say second reminder phrase. Continue alternating phrases and tapping through all the round points:

Choosing to let it flow out of my body and peace and joy are flowing in
Take a few deep breathes. If you feel the need to do more rounds of tapping repeat until you feel better.
