Today while reading in: You are a Badass by Jen Sincero I was reminded to take some time to meditate or do some relaxation each day. Personally I’ve struggled with this because I’ve made it a bigger deal than it really needs to be but treating ourselves to this can be relaxing, grounding and bring us into the present. Let's do a short relaxation now by:
"Taking in a long breath and release it slowly, while focusing on your breath or a mantra and repeat three to five times. Wow, I feel better after doing this simple relaxation." Let’s take some time each day and meditation or do some relaxation. This can refocus our thoughts, destress our bodies and reenergize us. Comments are closed.
