Today while reading in: You are a Badass by Jen Sincero I was reminded to take some time to meditate or do some relaxation each day. Personally I’ve struggled with this because I’ve made it a bigger deal than it really needs to be but treating ourselves to this can be relaxing, grounding and bring us into the present. Let's do a short relaxation now by:
"Taking in a long breath and release it slowly, while focusing on your breath or a mantra and repeat three to five times. Wow, I feel better after doing this simple relaxation." Let’s take some time each day and meditation or do some relaxation. This can refocus our thoughts, destress our bodies and reenergize us.
