When I mentioned tapping on uncomfortable feelings previously here are some you might be surprised about:
“Betcha” these were a surprise. When living in an uncomfortable situation, (stressful home life, around angry people often and so on) it can start to become the “regular in life.” Then when it’s lowered or gone, it literally can feel foreign to have peace, happiness or calm.
When tapping about uncomfortable feelings, tap on them even if it seems strange. This is a way to start processing this in the body and reduce the uncomfortable feelings.
