Check in with your inner voice periodically and if it is kind thank it. When it is unkind ask yourself if someone said that to a beloved family member or friend what would you want to say to the person being unkind to one of your people. Mine would be something like “hey be kind to my friend/family member” and to my friend or family member I’d suggest to tap to let it go.
Notice what your inner voice is saying periodically. Thank the positive inner voice when we notice it and when we hear the unkind inner voice speaking sharply say “Hey, speak kindly to me because I’m amazing (or I’m beautiful or I’m enough or fill in the blank with a great positive word that works for you…) and tap!”
