Tap gently on round and non-face tapping points, take a deep breath before moving to the next point and say out loud while tapping on each point: I am choosing to find some fun, safer adventures to do Take 3 deep breaths and check in on how you're feeling about fun, safer adventure energy during the pandemic and repeat if needed.
