Here's a tapping script for raising fun, safer adventure energy during the pandemic.
Take 3 deep breaths, tap on the karate chop point gently and say out loud 2 times:
Even though I've been low on adventure energy, I love and accept myself as I am.
Continue to tap gently on your karate chop point and say out loud 1 - 3 times:
Even though my adventure energy has been low I can think outside the box and find some fun, safer adventures to do during the pandemic.
Tap gently on round and non-face tapping points, take a deep breath before moving to the next point and say out loud while tapping on each point:
I am choosing to find some fun, safer adventures to do
Take 3 deep breaths and check in on how you're feeling about fun, safer adventure energy during the pandemic and repeat if needed.
