Happy Birthday to all who have birthdays in February! This includes me, LOL. Recently, I noticed I was looking at many things in one bag and it felt stressful and overwhelming.
When separating out the specific things to do and focusing on what's needed in this moment, it makes life feel more calm and peaceful. Stay in the moment and focus on what's needed to do at this time and feel less stress and more calm and peace. Choose something you'd like more of in your life and focus on it.

If you notice you aren't taking a step, break it down to smaller steps. This makes them no brainer steps and dials down resistance to your big dream. Have you wanted to do something and felt apprehension, this has simple steps to reduce apprehensions about doing something? The new year is coming up fast and in previous years I've shared and chose three words to focus on at the beginning of the year. This year I came up with a different idea: Choose a statement or thought to keep the focus on for the year.
What’s your focus statement or thought for the year? This year mine is: I choose to live a life I love. Put it up to see it often. If there's a picture that represents it, put that up. New things are easier to see in our environment and will remind us of our focus for the year. The Holiday season can be busy. Set aside some special time for you this week to fill your bucket.
Having easy, doable steps to move you forward on a goal keeps the momentum going.
