There are different ways to tap with affirmation and we’re going to unpack another way to do this today. Pick an interesting affirmation that doesn’t feel quite authentic to yourself. Have paper and pen at hand and start tapping on the karate chop point while saying affirmation out loud.
As you're clearing out these issues, feelings and sensations the affirmation can start feeling truer to yourself when reading it out loud. When we release what's holding us back, we can move forward easier and be more open to growth.
