Awe-Inspiring Life Change Part 2

​Wow, today I had a moment of recognizing how life has changed. With my hubby away, I decided to go have breakfast at a place we enjoy going to. When I walked in the waitress was asking where my Hubby was and I let her know he’s on the way home from a trip. It’s great to be a regular. 

When I was sitting waiting for breakfast to show up, I realized I was sitting alone in a restaurant. This is something I often had avoided because it felt uncomfortable but today, I felt at ease and comfortable with being there. I feel misty eyed thinking of this as I write this. I contribute this ease to tapping and working with a great tapping coach, Helen McConnell. Thank you, Helen, for all you’ve done for me.
