In your life have you experienced something that holds you back from taking an action in the now. One of my words for 2020 is (fun) movement (more of it). I had an interesting experience with it today. I made a goal to just get up and dance with Body Grove, it didn’t matter how long. Just turn it on and groove.
At first, I pulled up the site and started getting lost in the choices but I caught it and just chose. As I was walking toward the TV and I saw the person dancing, I thought “what was I thinking!” One of the old messages I felt in my body was something like, I can’t dance but I walked past these and just listened, watched and started moving. It didn’t matter how I looked or what my body was or wasn’t doing. I was moving for my health and well-being. The tears started to flow; from past uncomfortable dancing experience’s and making new joyful ones. In my mind I was a graceful moving woman in flowing silky fabric.
I moved, felt success and released tears resistance holding me back from fun movement. The tears continued to flow even after this experience. I tapped, continued to feel good about my movement success and look forward to more of them.
