Changes at work seem to be going around these days. I thought I’d post a round of Tapping on this today. Tap on Karate chop point and say:
Even though I feel _____ (upset or fill in the blank) about the changes at work I love and accept myself as I am. Even though I feel _____ (upset or fill in the blank) about the changes at work I love and accept myself as I am. Even though I feel _____ (upset or fill in the blank) about the changes at work I choose to let go of the upset, come up with a plan and go for it. If you want to do a round of Tapping look at chart and say reminder phrases below. Top of the head - Feeling upset Eye brow – I choose to let it go Side of eye – Feeling upset Under eye – I choose to let it go Under nose – Feeling upset On the chin –I choose to let it go Collar bone – And go for my plan Under the arm –I am letting it go and ready to go for it Take a couple of deep breaths, drink some water.
