I Am Low On The Happy In My Life Tapping Script

​Tap along with this tapping script on, I am low on the happy in my life. Tap gently on the karate chop point and say out loud 3 times
 
Even though I am low on the happy in my life, I love and accept myself
 
Tap gently on round & other points while saying out loud:
 
Top of the head: This low happy in my life
Collar bone point: This low happy in my life  
Finger points:
Thumb: This low happy in my life
Index: This low happy in my life
Middle: This low happy in my life
Pinkie: This low happy in my life

Take a few deep breaths in and out, drink some water and tap on round & other points gently while saying out loud:

Top of the head: Maybe I can release these feelings and create room for more happy in my life
Collar bone point:  I'd like to create room for more happy in my life
Finger points:
Thumb: I can create more room for the happy in my life
Index: I choose to release the feelings holding me back from more happy in my life
Middle: I am releasing the feelings holding me back from more happy in my life
Pinkie, repeat this 3 times: I am creating room for more happy in my life

Take a few deep breaths in and out, drink some water and repeat if needed.
