I was chatting with a friend and I mentioned going to the dentist and I had a clean bill of health and it felt so great.
This reminded me that it took me year’s to floss regularly and I know that I need two cleanings a year too. One great way to self-care is to floss, brush and mouthwash twice a day. Let’s do some great self-care today because we are worth it!
