I just started a journal on a specific topic and it reminded me of a gratitude journal I did.
Journaling isn’t my thing but it was a very simple process of writing down three things I am grateful for a day. I could write a bit more when I wanted. It perked up my mood to see the gratitude I had in my life. I kept it up for around a year and at times I would return to it for a week or two. A short revisit was enough to remind me what I was grateful for in that moment. What are some of your grateful moments? Comments are closed.
