One day last week I woke up and I was reflecting on the day before food choices and I liked some of my choices and there were a few I didn’t like.
A year ago I would have been hard on myself and the inner critic would’ve had some harsh words for me. Today, I’m kinder to myself. With tapping I have dialed down my inner critic and I’m learning to accept myself as I am.
