![]() Here's a simple rated tapping script to reduce negative messages that get in the way of moving forward. Rate your feeling between 0 and 10 on "this negative thought" Tap gently on the karate chop point (side of hand) and say statement out loud 3 times: "Even though I feel stopped in my tracks by this old thought, I love and accept myself as I am." Gently tap 3-5 times on these spots while saying out loud: "This old thought " Top of head "This old thought " collar bone "This old thought " thumb "This old thought " index finger "This old thought " middle finger "This old thought " pinkie "This old thought " Take 2 deep breaths and check your number (rate it) on "This old thought " that was stopping you in your tracks.
