Jot down some ways you feel freedom. When in need of some choose one and go do it. If you need to fit it in, put it on your calendar or schedule and just do it when it pops up.
Freedom is a beautiful sensation to feel and it great way to add joy in life.
To have freedom and to feel free is great! I often feel this when I’m driving alone in my car and I’m reminded of freedom around the 4th of July.

This spring my husband and I have had fun going to a few different garden stores. It would feel good to find something to add some visual fun in our yard.
Having fun as adults can be gardening, crafting or other activities you enjoy or want to try. Find ways to have some fun and fill your fun bucket often!
Sometimes life is so busy, fun and play get left in the dust.
Yes, adults can still play and have fun! One way is joining a game of tag or water balloon fun with kids in the family or other adults. Be open to opportunities, even if it’s a bit outside of your comfort zone.
Have some fun and take time to play.
Having a simple jar to write down the joys, success and more on a small pieces of paper is a great visual to have out. Add to it when something brings a smile to your face, joy in your heart or a feeling of success. Just jot it down and toss it in and enjoy the visual of the jar filling up. I've been using fun colors of paper that are cat shaped.

Connect with nature in some way this week
Connecting with nature feels good, is enjoyable and relaxing too.
For my birthday this year a sister-friend gave me an amazing gift of StoryWorth. Each week, for 54 weeks, I answer a question that shows up in my email about family, childhood and more. Responses can be short or long and if I have a picture, I send one along. At the end of the year I’ll receive a book with all my stories in it.
This continues to be an enjoyable walk down memory lane.
