When fear comes up remind yourself: This feeling and moment will pass. Focus on the positive outcome of the situation rather than the scary in-between. What gives you a boost of courage and bravery?
Watching the music video Brave has given me a boost in the brave and courageous department. Do you know the main reason why many people remain stuck in procrastination patterns? Fear. Yes, I said fear!
Have you ever noticed after doing something you had put off, when completed it was much easier to do then ever thought of. Plus it was such a relief to have it done. When fear isn’t faced it becomes controlling but when fear is faced the procrastination dials down and confidence powers up. When feeling fear about a situation check in with yourself to see what in this situation triggers you.

When you catch yourself thinking of an unhappy past event here are some tips to bring yourself out of it:
Say “stop” Look at something around you Tap You can put these three tips together and use it as a super tool. ![]() At times, it’s been difficult to ask for assistance but I’m learning I have more success when I do. Be open to asking and accepting assistance when you need it. Have you ever noticed feeling nervous or fear coming up and you realize your thinking of what ifs for a future event? When we spend time thinking about unpleasant outcomes of a future event, it brings on nervous or fearful feelings. Find ways to bring yourself back to the present. A few ways are:
