Then it stops you in your tracks, keeping you from your adventure, goal, dream or other. When these pop up recognize and acknowledge this is a new path and that’s an old thought and continue to move forward. When there are changes you’re wanting to make, possibly a promotion or opening a business or doing something else out of your comfort zone, fear can come up.
