We might have had experienced times in our lives where we were reprimanded for sharing something we did, we were proud of.
Being excited and saying “I got an A on my spelling test” and a person reprimanded you, ex; stop bragging! Often when this happens the other person has an issue or trigger showing up.
When sharing successes in a positive way and someone is upset about it, remember it's their trigger. It's great to share our success with others and enjoy them too.

Over the years I have enjoyed reading the Chicken Soup For The Soul books. At the end of the books they would let people know that you can submit stories on line.
I decided to check it out because I had a story. When I went on their site the topics they were looking for didn’t match but other stories came to me for some of the topics they had up. I wrote up a few and read them to my Honey and made a few changes and I submitted them. Then I did a few more.
Wow three years ago I wouldn’t have dreamed of doing this and I am glad I did. I have some fun stories to share and plan to include a few for my Dad’s father’s day gift. It would be fun and fantastic if one or more of my stories are accepted.
Let’s be bold and go for things we want to do. You never know what will come of it!

Recently I was contacted by a news station about my business and I was nervous to call. I want to help people but going that big felt outside of my comfort zone. I’ve been working with a mentor, Helen McConnell, to release blocks to be bigger. Earlier, when we’d spoke about it I felt I’d be ready if someone called for me to do a presentation about it but some of the resistance was still there. I tapped about it, pulled on my big girl pants and made the call. It felt great move past this resistance.
I know when the next opportunity comes up, I’ll have less inner conflict and make the call!

When we have a goal list and add small action steps and start completing these, it will help us move forward on it. This can be more powerful with tapping.

Take three deep breaths and say: I want to feel extra goal success energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say; extra goal success energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping!
