Clutter Adds Stress
When clutter accumulates, I've noticed with myself and others, it feels stressful.
Look around your space (home, office, car) and toss or donate at least one thing today. If you feel like doing more, go for it!
Organizing Journey Continues
Have you ever had a cupboard that was a disorganized disaster and you felt overwhelmed opening the door, I have. On my organizing and releasing journey I finally tackled it and was reminded:

Donation Energy Tapping
What is your donation energy number, choose between: -7 to +7 & beyond
Take three deep breaths and say: I want more donation energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say: More donation energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths and check your number repeat this until your number is where you want it.
