Wow, today I had a moment of recognizing how life has changed. With my hubby away, I decided to go have breakfast at a place we enjoy going to. When I walked in the waitress was asking where my Hubby was and I let her know he’s on the way home from a trip. It’s great to be a regular.
When I was sitting waiting for breakfast to show up, I realized I was sitting alone in a restaurant. This is something I often had avoided because it felt uncomfortable but today, I felt at ease and comfortable with being there. I feel misty eyed thinking of this as I write this. I contribute this ease to tapping and working with a great tapping coach, Helen McConnell. Thank you, Helen, for all you’ve done for me.

Wow, today I recognized how life has changed in the last 6 years. My Hubby was out of town and he needed to stay longer than we originally thought. When he’s away I can get lonely and I miss him. This time I planned a head, reached out to people, setup outings and calls. It was an awesome week on my own.
When we plan ahead it can create a better outcome, bring us unexpected joy and accomplishment!
Find a fun book to read and enjoy some down time. Then share it with someone.
