This spring my husband and I have had fun going to a few different garden stores. It would feel good to find something to add some visual fun in our yard.
Having fun as adults can be gardening, crafting or other activities you enjoy or want to try. Find ways to have some fun and fill your fun bucket often! Sometimes life is so busy, fun and play get left in the dust.
Yes, adults can still play and have fun! One way is joining a game of tag or water balloon fun with kids in the family or other adults. Be open to opportunities, even if it’s a bit outside of your comfort zone. Have some fun and take time to play. Friends are a beautiful thing to have in life. They can be like a sibling you've never had.
I find my friendships are beautiful and different, each one brings joy in different ways. Some are here for the long haul and others are shorter friendships where are paths meet for a while and continue on in different directions. Friendships are an opportunity to grow in some way or learn about things you'd never think you would and loving it. Others it's having someone who get's you and knows where you're at or it's another who might call you on your "beep" from time to time. Many can inspire you on your life journey, giving hugs and cheering you on in life! Friendships are beautiful to experience and enjoy. When becoming an adult often wonder is put on the back burner or stashed in a drawer. Dust off your wonder meter and start being awed by wonder. Here are some ideas to get you thinking about wonder, they can be any size:
Wake up your wonder meter and focus on some wonder in your day. Connection & People Time video is a great way to be inspired to find ways for connection and people time, even during Covid. Enjoy Connect with nature in some way this week
Connecting with nature feels good, is enjoyable and relaxing too. During the pandemic there's less to do (especially for those who have higher risk of worse symptoms) but safer adventure fun still can happen. Here are some ideas:
Think outside the box and find some fun, safer adventures that work for you. Enjoy some adventure in your life. Relax and enjoy the day!

youtu.be/3aGGyFVnI-Q I can't believe Fall has arrived!
Be on the lookout for beautiful fall colors and enjoy the change in seasons. #FirstDayOfFall ![]() Wow, today I had a moment of recognizing how life has changed. With my hubby away, I decided to go have breakfast at a place we enjoy going to. When I walked in the waitress was asking where my Hubby was and I let her know he’s on the way home from a trip. It’s great to be a regular. When I was sitting waiting for breakfast to show up, I realized I was sitting alone in a restaurant. This is something I often had avoided because it felt uncomfortable but today, I felt at ease and comfortable with being there. I feel misty eyed thinking of this as I write this. I contribute this ease to tapping and working with a great tapping coach, Helen McConnell. Thank you, Helen, for all you’ve done for me. Let's notice and celebrate beautiful changes in our lives! Let’s plan a head, when needed, it adds irresistible joy and ease in our lives.
