This might sound like a different way to self-care but batch cooking is one I love. It’s a way to give ourselves some TLC when low on energy and wanting a great tasting meal to serve or to make meal times easier.
When I cook something it’s just as easy to make one meal into 15 or 20 meals, especially with the Instant pot, or slow cooker.
When going to make a dinner think about doubling or tripping or more the recipe and have some freezer meals ready for a low energy day or use them when time is short.
