Batch Cooking pt. 1

Life can feel easier with batch cooking. For years I’d go through different phases of batch cooking.

• Sometimes I’d set aside some time to cook up a big batch of food from spaghetti to turkey noodle soup and freeze it in meal sizes
  
• Other times I’d do components of meals. If I had ground burger or chicken cooked up in the freezer, I could easily pull out one and add some veggies for a quick meal.
  

Life can feel easier with freezer meals ready to pull out and heat up.
