Have you ever struggled with balancing sleep and life? I’ve noticed for a while that I’m staying up later and sleeping in more and I don’t feel as productive.
Sleep is very important and I know I do better in winter months when I’m on a schedule of in bed close to 10 p.m. and up around 7 a.m. I’m slowly moving my bedtime closer to 10 p.m. and I’m getting up closer to 7 a.m. It feels good to be working towards my winter bedtime and I look forward to more productivity the closer I get. I’ve been enjoying having more time in the morning to get some more stretching, yoga and extra business time in. Let’s be more mindful about getting to bed at a time that works best for our bodies because we’re worth it!
