Sometimes we get bad news and negative messages or troubled feelings can come up. Today I felt disappointed and dissatisfied about an outcome. Then I decided to learn from this and I asked myself:
What can I do differently next time to have a better outcome?
I had a few ideas come to me and it took the sting out of the disappointment. I have a plan for next time and it feels good to be prepared.
Let’s remember to be kind to ourselves and seek solutions.
