![]() With our busy lives we can be running around from one thing to another, out of breath. When we breathe into our upper chest or when looking in the mirror while taking a breath and the shoulders raise up and down, this is shallow breathing and can add to feeling nervous, uneasy and more. No-brainier breathing tip: Take a breath into the belly and when releasing it, blow the breath out through pursed lips. Repeat this three times.
