When we have an affirmation, we want to grow into, it can benefit us to create a vision for the affirmation. Spending time where we want to be, before we have the skill set, can be beneficial. It opens us up to possibilities, creates inspiration and energy to grow and progress.
Free write about what it feels like having the tools and confidence needed to read the affirmation comfortably and it feels like a fit. How has your life changed, did it open the door for; pursuing a new career, is self-care easier to do, has confidence or self-love grown? How did the areas of growth cultivate? From this free write, create a vision (short to long – let it fit your life) of having what’s needed for the affirmation. Visualize it often (3 days or more a week). Visualizing is empowering and spending time there can give us clues and open us up to new opportunities for growth and inspiration. What we focus on, is what we bring to our lives.
