It was disappointing he’d be gone but I was glad he’d have family time and I had Tapping to help with the disappointment. I suggested an early celebration and we had a great time together!
Let’s think outside the box, enjoy the moments and have some fun too! While clearing out old stuck emotions from life experiences I had with others I noticed relationships changed when I showed up in a more peaceful state.
When we want to create peace start within first and the other can follow. Take a bit of time to start your day off amazing by writing five reasons why it’s going to be a great day!
Let’s choose to have a marvelous day! It’s heading the end of the year and I am wondering what were some great adventures, fun and/or play you did this year?
A few for me are; a train trip to sunny California, adventure on eclipse day and many enjoyable rides with my Honey. What about you? I really want us to start 2018 off in a great place. I think one way to do this is to clear out old stuff by forgiving ourselves and others. I love this message from the book: "I Like Myself!" from the author Karen Beaumont. I'm glad there are books out there like this for kids. Adults need to like, accept and love them selves too. Here is a practice that can help with this:

In my place I enjoy having positive sayings around. Louise Hay and Robert Holden have a deck of cards called Life Loves You. These caught my eye because they are attractive and have great sayings. There are 52 of them to pick from and there is a description on the back of the card to give more ideas of what it’s about. One I have up says:
“I open my mind and say YES to life” Let’s be open to life adventures by building a life we love. affiliate link below It makes me smile when I see this picture of On The Road Coffee Co business, inside a VW Bug. Way to go! The year has flown by and I have projects I want to finish still. Some have more priority and others will become 2018 projects. Are there any loose ends you want to finish up before the end of the year? Let’s give ourselves permission to select what we are going to do and choose some steps towards completing them.
It can feel great to pick and choose what really needs to get done and have a plan to move forward on them. |
