When there are changes you’re wanting to make, possibly a promotion or opening a business or doing something else out of your comfort zone, fear can come up. It’s helpful to have courage to take the next step towards change. One way to do this is:

There are more demands on our time and being hard on ourselves can come up (the house isn't clean enough, wanting to do more . . .).

Times changes at 2 AM on Nov 7th There are often many choices in life. The choice of a direction in life you want to go for and what to focus on while doing it.
When a day trip was coming, I had some concerns about the timing and such. In the end I chose to embrace the fun of a road trip and I was glad I did. When choosing something embrace the joy, adventure and fun of it. |
