Way to go on tapping! ![]() Even though speaking my truth during the confrontation still feels like a success. I felt a bit unsettled about it later. I tapped and talked about it. I was pleased I had improved on speaking my truth and I realized there was room for growth. At times I could say less. Let’s remember to keep it simple when needed while speaking our truth gently. ![]() Have you ever had killer nerves? I was going in for day surgery and I was concerned about going under. It took a long time for me to wake up before. I was seeing a hypnotherapist at the time and he plugged in a phrase for others to say to me for calming. My Mom friend used it before and after surgery. I went under and woke up easier and I felt calmer. I was glad to have someone there open to doing this for me. Years later, I still have the phrase up for me to see. When I feel nervous, I can tap, say the phrase out loud or in my head and it still feels calming. When experinancing killer nerves:

Recently someone confronted me about something they thought I was doing and they misunderstood. A few years ago, I would have frozen, felt mad and bad. This time I spoke my truth kindly and the person understood.
During the Holidays we need to speak up at times in a kind way. When we do this it can bring understanding, possibly diffuse a situation and there can be more peace at this time with family and friends. ![]() I can't believe the Holiday Season is here! Inspired by 101 Journal Questions for Women by Tony T Robinson I am making healthier choices ~ Katrina During a big change I had supportive friends that would gently remind me of my tools. I shared them with them and they could remind me. They even came in handy for them at times.
When we are open with others it can help them and yourself in times of need. pt 2 When we go through life changes it can be a struggle and we could need to reach out to others for a bit of support.
Let’s be open to reaching out to others when needed and being supportive when we can too. Part 1
