Bags of Chocolate

There was a time I needed bags of chocolate in my pantry. This year I'm on a weight loss journey. I tapped and released old issues, emotions and disbelief's and my food choices have started to change.
 
I no longer need bags of my chocolate in my pantry. Two of my disbelief's were I’d always need chocolate in the house and life was too short to live without it. After tapping on an event from my past the need disappeared. I do have chocolate but it isn’t a necessity anymore and I don’t feel deprived without my bags of chocolate in my pantry.
 
I was at a store last night that carries some chocolate I like and it didn’t even cross my mind to pick some up.

Weight-Loss Ups & Downs

​Have you ever got on the scale and not liked the number on it. You aren’t alone. I have been on a weight loss journey this year. I have done a lot of tapping on weight loss for myself and with others.

There have been many ups and downs with it. Over time I found the ups on the scale really affect me negatively. It was getting worse as time went on but I would talk with my Honey and I’d feel better until the next unwanted number on the scale. Recently, when I had bad news from the scale I started tapping about my feelings on it and it helped me let go of some of those negative emotions around it. I plan to tap as I’m walking to the scale to weigh in and tap after if needed.
 
I still have further to go on my weight loss journey but I choose to have a good day no matter what the scale says.

Genuine Self

I saw something today about be my genuine self and that got me thinking. How could I have been my genuine self when I am wasn’t doing my purpose and pursing my dreams? 

For so many years I was doing what I thought I needed to do but in the end I am so much happier and fulfilled by pursuing my purpose and being my genuine self. Yesterday, I got an email from someone that had seen my video’s and site and she let me know she tapped before an interview and nailed it!
 
It made my day to see those words and know I’m doing my purpose and being my genuine self by sharing.

Brighten Someone’s Day

One day I was waiting in line at a drive through to get my morning shot of caffeine. It was a long line. I was enjoying music and probably tapping (yes, I do this while I’m waiting in the car, in waiting rooms and sometimes other places too). When I was second in line to order, this person was taking a long time. I was wondering if he was okay. Smiling, I even peaked over and looked at him in his side mirror to make sure.
 
He was looking down at something. Eventually he ordered and moved forward and it was my turn. When I pulled up and started to pay the person said the car in front of you paid for you. I was so stunned…”all of it?” I asked “yes”. Wow, I didn’t get to thank him but I sure do remember his kindness that day.  It is my reminder to be kind to people.
 
Today I will buy someone’s caffeine or smile and make eye contact and possibly add in a cheery hello. This makes me feel good and could brighten someone’s day.
