On the weekend my Honey and I went to window visit with my Mom at her care place. She’s in her late 80’s and her time here on earth is short, I believe. I remember the robust, full of energy woman she was and it’s sad to see her dwindling and know she’s not going to be here for very much longer. Often, I want to push the sadness away but it’s okay to acknowledge and allow it flow through me in a natural way, like a stream flowing in, through and out of me in a peaceful way.
