Connecting With People Comfortably Tapping Script

Tap along with this tapping script for people wanting to connect with people in a comfortable way. 
 
Tap gently on the karate chop point and say out loud 3 times
 
Even though I am uncomfortable connecting with people, I love and accept myself as I am
 
Tap gently on round & other points while saying out loud:
 
Top of the head: This uncomfortable feeling connecting with people
Collar bone point: I want to feel comfortable with people
Finger points:
Thumb: This uncomfortable feeling
Index: I want it to go away
Middle: This feeling
Pinkie: Will it ever go away

Take a few deep breaths in and out, drink some water and tap on round & other points gently while saying out loud:

Top of the head: Maybe I can start releasing these feelings 
Collar bone point:  and create room for more comfort while talking with people
Finger points:
Thumb: I can create more comfort by learning simple technics to converse easier
Index: I choose to lower the feelings holding me back from more communication with others
Middle: I am releasing the feelings holding me back from communication with others
Pinkie, repeat this 3 times: I am open to learning simple techniques to feel more comfortable communicating in my life

Take a few deep breaths in and out, drink some water and repeat if needed.

When I was going through my divorce, I felt stressed out, devastated, scared and many other feelings.  I needed to process some of these to clear space for happiness to start showing up more in my life. There are many ways to start doing this. Here are a few tips:
 
  • Journal to get them out of your head and to know what to tap on
  •  Tap to reduce and release the feelings

Make room for more happy, focus on it and let it grow.
