![]() Have you ever said “I wish I would have ____” (fill in the blank)? My Mom and I would scrapbook together. She’d tell me family stories of relatives long passed and show me pictures of them. I wish I would have written those stories down or recorded them. I did build a family tree and I do have warm memories of spending scrapbook time with my Mom. Let's learn from our mistakes and the "I wish I would haves" in life, they are there to teach and remind us. Start becoming aware of the “I wish” times, find ways to learn from them and do the wishes we can. Women Walking Through Divorce Facebook group was opened to build community for women to see and share inspiration on the journey through divorce. She spoke with clarity to me and then the light left. This was the last Mother, Daughter moment with her as she was before Alzheimer’s took over. I’m thankful for this last glimpse of my Mom. We never know what is coming, embrace the moments and gifts of others. Often we put others before ourselves. Let’s give ourselves the gift of self-care & self-love. What’s one self-care, self-love thing you can do for yourself this coming week?

Remember to take a breath in and out before moving to the next point, tap on the top of the head and say out loud the first reminder phrase, take a breath, move to inner eye brow, tap on it and say second reminder phrase. Continue alternating phrases and tapping through all the round points: This emotional turmoil Choosing to let it flow out of my body and peace and joy are flowing in Take a few deep breathes. If you feel the need to do more rounds of tapping repeat until you feel better. Way to go on tapping! ![]() When we are going through difficult times or just need time with a friend or family member reach out. My Hubby was away and I reached out to my brother to hang out, he made sure to set time a side to come have lunch with me. We had an awesome time! I am excited to share a picture of a book cover I'm creating for a book I’ve been writing and will publish this year. It’s exciting to see it come together and be closer to publishing!
