Have A Breathtaking Weekend!
I Wish I Would Have...
Have you ever said “I wish I would have ____” (fill in the blank)? My Mom and I would scrapbook together. She’d tell me family stories of relatives long passed and show me pictures of them. I wish I would have written those stories down or recorded them. I did build a family tree and I do have warm memories of spending scrapbook time with my Mom.
Let's learn from our mistakes and the "I wish I would haves" in life, they are there to teach and remind us. Start becoming aware of the “I wish” times, find ways to learn from them and do the wishes we can.

A Mom's Gift
Mom’s Alzheimer’s was progressing and it was rare she was with us. Then one day I could see a spark of Mom life in her eyes come alive. She spoke with clarity to me and then the light left. This was the last Mother, Daughter moment with her as she was before Alzheimer’s took over. I’m thankful for this last glimpse of my Mom.
We never know what is coming, embrace the moments and gifts of others.
Often we put others before ourselves. Let’s give ourselves the gift of self-care & self-love. What’s one self-care, self-love thing you can do for yourself this coming week?
